We are delighted that one of our valued customers, Southport and Formby Health, have been shortlisted as a finalist in the HSJ Partnership Awards ‘Best Community Services Partnership with the NHS’ category.
Southport and Formby Health are a GP owned company, created to enhance the delivery of healthcare services to people living in Southport and Formby.
Venturi Cardiology partner with Southport and Formby to provide specialist Cardiology Consultants and Echocardiography services for their Community Cardiology Service, which enables their patients to access services locally, meaning fewer visits to large, busy hospitals and faster treatment in a convenient location.
