What this offer includes

Heart attacks can affect men and women of all ages but if you have a family history of heart disease or have a heart condition yourself you may be feeling anxious about being at an increased risk. Find our your chance of a heart attack today with our new CaRi-Heart Package.

  • Consultation – A discussion and examination with a consultant cardiologist, either in person at our state-of-the-art clinic in Warrington or over a video call if that is easier for you.
  • Lipid Blood Panel – A lipid blood panel, also known as a lipid profile or lipoprotein panel, measures the levels of cholesterol and triglycerides in your blood. This test can help predict your risk of heart disease and stroke.
  • CT Scan – This is one of the more detailed types of scan available. X-ray dye is injected through a small tube in your arm vein, and the scan is timed to take pictures of the colouring travelling through your coronary arteries. The scans are reconstructed using software to create highly detailed 2D and 3D images of the vessel. These images can show narrowing due to soft plaque with a high degree of accuracy. Soft, mixed plaques are more likely to cause heart attacks. If no plaque is visible your risk of a cardiac event is extremely low.
  • CaRi-Heart Analysis – CaRi-Heart analysis generates an individualised risk score to aid diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease.
  • Follow up Appointment – Discuss your results with a consultant cardiologist.
